False positive blacklist - problems receiving emails

First, sorry for my English.

When trying to send mail to my email account configured in VestaCP, get a delivery failure message.
In error, it is informed that the IP is on a blacklist:
host my.domain.tld[X.X.X.X] said: 550 Rejected
because X.X.X.X is in a black list at bl.spamcop.net (in reply to RCPT TO command)

I tried sending through three different companies, all the tests, I get the same message.
I checked the site spamcop.net and IPs tested are not listed.

I deleted the contents of the file /etc/exim4/dnsbl.conf and the server still reports that my IP is blacklisted:
host my.domain.tld[X.X.X.X] said: 550 Rejected
because X.X.X.X is in a black list at (in reply to RCPT TO command)

Would someone help me please?

Tks
Zanin

Apparently the IP your server is on was or is used to send spam. First, make sure it isn't, then contact spamcop for removal off the list..

The error message says that is listed, but searching directly on the site www.spamcop.net the IP is not on the blacklist.
