Hello,

I'm having issues on a fresh install of Centos 6.5 and the latest version of Vesta, I can send normally mails and everything but I can't receive them. Any clues? I've tried everything and i'm stuck.

Thanks everyone for any clue on this

I'm using Ubuntu 14.04 LTS Freshly installed just fixed the database creation issue now another new bug I found.. it's the similar as Rootmario mentioned.

Via Roundcube (exim) I'm able to send email and it's working fine. but if someone reply me or send email I'm never receiving it not in inbox aswell as not in spambox/Junk mail..

I'm hoping to someone assist us here, thanks

I this time tried on Debian V 7 Wheezy & everything was working fine.. I can send and receive emails with no problem.. it means my DNS and other settings are prefect.. But after installation of ClamAV and Spamassasin it's stopped receiving emails.. and I guess their is some configuration problem with ClamAV and Spamassasin.. because on Ubuntu 14.04 TLS I installed ClamAV and Spamassasin exactly after the VestaCp Installation but this time.. I picked new OS and I tried to test the email feature first without Installing ClamAV and Spamassasin.. For me.. it's the clear issue of some configuration between Server and ClamAV + SpamAssasins Setting..

I hope any senior member or Vestacp Support/moderator will help us out.. :-)

Thanks

Answer was in another topic, but main problem - server rejected mail.

Why you think, same problem? There is many options for this case:
1) wrong hostname
2) wrong PTR
3) wrong DNS settings
4) blocked ports
5) server reject mail (no recipient mail, clamav, spamassasin)

Need to explore logs and see, what's happen.

You installend ClamAV and Spamassasin with panel or by your own?
What's in logs then, when you receive mail?

Hi,

ClamAV and SpamAssasin was installed from the documentation guide as I have 1GBRAM VPS So it didn't install automatically.. then I manually installed from the Documentation/Guide on the Vestacp.com site.

BTW brother I did this : viewtopic.php?f=12&t=7308&start=10#p23867 and it' fixed it but I'm still not sure was that the right idea to lower the Spam_Score?
