Not receiving Email

Hello
I installed Vestacp on Ubuntu 14.04 on VPS, set up multiple domain and all the website seems to running fine. Tried to setup email account on some domain, successfully send email but never received any email/reply
Check the running service :

apache2
nginx
named
exim4
dovecot
clamav-daemon
spamassassin
mysql
vsftpd
cron
iptables
fail2ban

All installed through the common installer, not manually, and all running.

Read so many different solution but none seems to fit, because to begin with, my config is on /etc/exim4 and not exim.conf but instead: exim4.conf.template

Any idea, please

- dns check - mx/mail records
- exim/dovecot log check
