Problem configuring Outlook 2010
  • Quote

Post by jgriggs » Mon Aug 24, 2015 4:24 pm

Hello,
I'm having an issue configuring outlook 2010.

It fails logging into the incoming mail server with the following error
Log onto incoming mail server(POP3): Outlook cannot connect to your incoming (POP3) e-mail server.
The Send test message works fine.

Any suggestions?

Yes...

But now I'm able to send mail... but I never recieve anything. Thinking it was something with the mail server, I restarted exim, but I get this error:

Code: Select all

root@nyc1:/etc/init.d# ./exim4 restart
[ ok ] Stopping MTA for restart: exim4_listener.
[ ok ] Restarting MTA: exim4.
ALERT: exim paniclog /var/log/exim4/paniclog has non-zero size, mail system possibly broken
