I'm unable to send mails to gmx.com
Hi All,
I have installed VESTA CP on AWS EC2 server.
Need help to resolve this following issues.
1. I'm unable to send mails to gmx.com. Getting following error.
"SMTP error from remote mail server after initial connection:
host mx00.gmx.net [212.227.15.10]: 554-gmx.net (mxgmx009) Nemesis ESMTP Service not available
554-No SMTP service
554-Bad DNS PTR resource record.
554 For explanation visit http://postmaster.gmx.com/en/error-mess ... X.X&c=rdns"
2. Also I have tested SMTP using MXtoolbox . Getting this error.
"SMTP Reverse DNS Mismatch Warning - Reverse DNS does not match SMTP Banner"
Thank You.

Yep, as you can see your IP in blacklist, burned down.cloudselvam wrote:1. I'm unable to send mails to gmx.com. Getting following error.
Send them letter and tell about it.
554 No SMTP service - IP address is black listed
To reduce email spam reception, we use popular RBL (Realtime Blackhole List) lists. These lists contain dynamic IP addresses and IP addresses currently known to be spam senders. In addition to this, we manage our own RBL lists based on various criteria. Please contact your system administrator and/or email provider who should check if the IP address they use is listed on one of these lists and who should then contact us as needed.
Make PTR record for your domain. Not sure, how this in Amazon work, but request in hosting support helps.cloudselvam wrote:2. Also I have tested SMTP using MXtoolbox . Getting this error.
