issue with public ip

I have hosted my vestacp on gcp with static ip. i have hosted 5 website with vesta cp 3 with ssl and 2 without ssl. Domains are working fine but the actual issue is that when i visit the public ip using browsers its displaying 1 of 3 website when i visit with https and when i visit with http it would show any 1 out of 2 website.

For example my public ip is 172.64.22.34 and i have 5 website hosted like abc.com xyz.com qwerty.com etc.
when i visit abc.com or xyz.com it display the correct content.
But,
when i visit

it would display the contents of abc.com or sometimes xyz.com or any one website contents.
same this happens when i visit

https://172.64.22.34

it would select any one website content having SSL certificate.

I could not understand how to fix this. this doesnt happen with any hosting providers.
or is there a way to block viewing through ipaddress.
