Vesta Control Panel - Forum

So i've set up the dns server to be used, the main domain redirects perfect to the files, but the subdomains ftp.domain.tld, etc, don't point to the server ip address. why? and how can i resolve this issue

As far i can see, a records and chname, don't work, actually thy work only on www and the main domain @

You are right i needed to add the A record for the nameservers (ns1 and ns2). I found out before i read your post, but thanks anyway ;)
