Setting up nameservers

I am using Digital Ocean for hosting so each VPS can only have one IP.
My registrar requires that I have at least two nameservers with different IPs.
I've divided my sites up into 3-4 VPSes so is it possible to use VPS1 to be ns2 for a site that is on VPS2 from within VestaCP or is this something that I'd have to setup manually?
