How to auto create or update dns records to cloudflare?

Hello
i´m running 2 hp dl160 servers in my office with xenserver and some vps.
My problem is my ip is dynamic. dont change too much last time I have same ip more than 8 months.
I have one connection with 200 / 100 mbs.
I´m think using cloudflare. But I would like to know if is possible make some script to auto create or update dns records create with vesta to cloudflare. I know is possible mannualy upload zones.named.conf to cloudflare. But if someone can help do it by a script.
I see here one script to auto update dns records using vesta api. But after that I would like to auto update on cloudflare.
