Yeah, if you google it, you'll actually see a list of vpns offering dns tunneling. you can pick any from that list. if you ever feel overwhelmed by the options available, do know that free ones usually don't offer encryption unless they explicitly state that. that effectively makes them a proxy instead, but you know. ;)

about recommendations, you can check out ivacy, express, nord, ib and pure. about features, do make sure they have stuff that compliments tunneling as well as privacy as a whole, like internet killswitch for instance in which your internet connection will drop if vpn gets dc. it's a decent insurance policy to make your activity a bit safer. you can also set one up manually if you know how. ;)
