0 DNS records showing

Post by leograce » Sun Nov 26, 2017 3:17 pm

I added a Sparkpost TXT record to my domain DNS however now 0 records are showing even though it says there's 17 records. I looked up old threads but none of the solutions worked. I removed the txt record via SSH in

Code: Select all

/home/$USER/conf/dns/example.com.db
and rebuild it

Code: Select all

v-rebuild-dns-domains $USER 1
however it doesn't work. I have also rebuild the user in VestaCP > Rebuild DNS after removing it via SSH but the Sparkpost TXT record doesn't disappear. Based on what I have read it seems to be an issue with long TXT records. Any suggestions, please?

When you rebuild the DNS, did you see all other records? And if so have tried to add it again?

Can you please show the content of
/home/$USER/conf/dns/example.com.db
and
/usr/local/vesta/data/users/$USER/dns/example.com.conf

If there is a typo or incorrect quotation mark in either file, the dns records will not be shown properly in the vesta panel.
