Hello,
I am using Cloudflare to manage my DNS. I have installed the named as i am new here. but want to remove it because it is eating Memory: 1064 mb.
is there will be any issue if i will remove it?
I am on 2vCPU 2GB RAM on CentOS 7.
Thanks.

I not a pro in this. Is there not any way to remove it completely?
Re: Removing named dns server on CentOS7
Is there any other problems with your server config?
2G mem plus a 2-cpu hardware should have take an extra dns easily.
If you care about the resources, a disabled dns module won't eat anything. It must be something else. Try to check your security issue, and see if your server was hacked.
If you still want to remove it, the best way out is to reinstall without installing this module.
