Maybe DNS problem

My emails to hotmail and outlook goes to spam i have this:
(If i send to gmail its fine)

If i change /etc/hostname from vps.jsjsjd.ovh.net to 140.ip-51.253.22.eu then mail-test.com 5.3/10Your Reverse IP doesnt match with your hostname:
