I can add IPv6 at VestaCP as AAAA record, but what benefit does it have?

While I exploring the DNS section of VestaCP, I see a list of DNS records for the FQDN hostname domain for the server. Clicking on thge + sign to add a record, I see the AAAA type is there, so I added the IPv6 of my server . I simply copied it and added to the value area and it saved fine. When I come back to view the list, the AAAA record is right at the top of the list.

I also added a PTR record for the hostname domain.

So just wonder if this AAAA record added has any benefit.

Better to wait for IPV6 implementation

It was promised for the next version that should be released this semester.
