DNS . 1 domain KO

Hi. I have a problem with the DNS of one of my servers. I have several sites hosted with their domains and they all work correctly except a domain that does not resolve with the primary dns. only with the secondary (cluster). If I add new records, they don't work. What can be?

hi
I have finally deleted the domain.com and created it again. It has worked well for a few minutes even the cluster. but finally, both the main dns and the cluster have stopped working.
the other domain work correctly.
Any suggestions that may be happening?

after a long time I found the problem was a space in the DKIM private key
