So i have 3 Vesta CP Servers
1 DNS
2 Webservers

You can see this diagram here.

I have only 1 public IP address,
My goal is to have 2 physical webservers running the same port 80 and port 443.

I have tried and spent many hours configuring & troubleshooting the dns settings (A Records, NS Records, SOA Records) on both the dns server and the webservers.

I can see both websites by visiting their domains on both web servers, if im on my local network. But i cannot see them if im not on the local network. (Very strange)

My DNS servers A records for "myfirstwebsite.com" point to 10.0.0.3 and the NS record is ns1.myfirstwebsite.com ns2.myfirstwebsite.com

"mysecondwebsite.com" point to 10.0.0.4 and ns records
ns1.mysecondwebsite.com ns2.mysecondwebsite.com

I have tried everything even such by disabling the firewalls in all 3 vesta servers and have no luck.
Is there something i am missing on this? Do i need to have dns cluster setup for these 3 servers? Would i need to have reverse proxy installed? Or would i need to install a 2nd lan card and switch and physically branch the 2 webservers from the dns server creating a sub network?

My goal is to create a spanning tree of vestacp servers, for many websites i have built for current customers, and godaddy dedicated hosting has been getting expensive lately and not even worth it at this point.

Thank you for your suggestions and information.

What are your firewall rules on router?
