How can I make domain forwarding?

Hi,
How can I make domain forwarding? I want domain1.com to point domain2.com, this means that when anyone writes the first, they will get the second, but I need mail.domain1.com email server to work without domain2.com. This is, the forwarding is only for the http protocol, the rest must work without it.
