i am using ovh vps in ovh cp i see dns service is disabled.and when i try to add new domain using vestacp i got this Error named restart failed and domain added in Web tab in vestacp.i also try these commands using ssh terminal.

when try to open newly added domain it redirect me to server hostname.

Login to vestacp -> Click users tab -> in the drop down menu select rebuild dns -> Toggle all users -> click the button next to the drop down menu. After you do the service named should be started.

I did it but did not solve my problem, still with the same error, is there something else I can try? I have looked for many solutions and so far no solved.

What error do you have? Can you show us?

i have same problem, not working if i rebuild DNS (not error displaing if i rebuild DNS but named not start)
