very easy a dnssever is handle numbers like 12.12.12.12 in to names.
or all domains and subdomains are numbers online its that simple...
alot of people in this forum have problems , i why is that (they dont understand it its that simple.)
the namesever is the key and you static ip to working online.
if you use some other namesever from other providers , first learn to setup and understand the do that with your staticip ip and open ports.
if your have no static ip and your ports 80 are shut down or your smtp is shut down by the provider on port 25 and you have no static ip its better to change from provider.
if you think that a closed port to forward to 8080 or port 25 inside the router you will always have problems its the same with email.

this can not be done if you not can have a working dnssever , .

ip adress is translation in to words (domain), and that numbers belongs to 1 unique static ip that is from your provider if you do not understand this shut down your sever.
and if you change the rules it want work its that simple
