After restoring a backup non of databases works

I had a large user account (about 32gb) with several domains and 13 databases. For one reason I had to remove that account but since I had 3 backups, I didn't concern. After removing the account I tried to re-install it but non of my backups works properly. I also tried to use a new dedicated server but still had the same problem. Vesta doesn't restore mysql databases. After restoring the account, it shows number of databases but they are not in my account and if I choose 'rebuild' option for that account, even it doesn't show number of databases anymore. I had no idea what should I do. Everything I had was on those databases and I need that information. I appreciate your help.

I solved this problem. In case someone else has a similar issue. This time I didn't remove the account I wanted to restore; instead I installed the backup on top of it.
