From nowhere sometimes can't access to phpmyadmin

Hello,

I have strange error, from nowhere i can't access to mysql/phpmyadmin,
I need restart mysql via ssh and then work but again after same happened,
How to fix this ?

use htop and see your memory usage

post free -m resutls at the time you can't open... May be you are running out of memory ?

What's your VPS specification ?? and OS ?

pls also post php -v & mysql -V results

mysql logs may be helpfull too.
if your databse gone away, there is main reason - your server resoures, and second - my.cnf settings
