Database shows empty on VestaCP and phpmyadmin but site is still working

So I am trying to migrate a big site I have (it's a media wiki installation and the db is like 500mb uncompressed I think), but after I tried to migrate through vesta I just noticed it didnt back up and restore the db properly so I went to recheck it and the db is displaying completely empty on both vestaCP and phpmyadmin but the website is working completely fine.

This is my /var/log/mariadb.log

I'm getting really worried because this never happened to me and I just moved into this host 2 months ago and now wanted to migrate it and I can't see the db anywhere but the site is still working. Any help with this?

You are sure that the database connected to your website and the database in your Vesta cp is the same?

of course, it's the only db in that server. But it shows completely empty
