phpmyadmin 404

Running fresh installed ubuntu 16.04 with the latest vestaCP...
I'm enable to create a new mysql DB however somehow it lost phpmysql and get 404. Any idea what happen? Help....

Did you use advanced install?
phpmyadmin installed?
