I can't login to phpMyAdmin anymore: Cannot log in to the MySQL server

All my sites on the server just show a blank page. There were some odd files in my Wordpress folders, so it seems I'm hacked. Now I'm afraid that they have hacked my databases.

How can I get access to phpMyAdmin? Reset the password? How?

PM me your SSH details. lets see how much we can recover.
