ERROR 1396 (HY000) at line 1: Operation DROP USER failed for 'pma'@'localhost'

You need mysql root pass for database in script (yeah, you can edit and add it manually) or in /root/.my.cnf

Two reasons of "DROP failed":
- you don't have PMA user
- you don't have access to db to drop user.

You need mysql root pass for database in script (yeah, you can edit and add it manually) or in /root/.my.cnf
