error connecting on to db on new install

hello aLL
need some assistance. i just installed vestacp and migrate a few wordpress sites. i changed the wp-config to reflect the new MySql db i created in the vestacp but nether site can connect to the db. am i missing something?
my install consist of MySql and Postgres db
