issue with remote mysql server

hello guys. faced a lot of different issues, all are fresh with latest vesta version (0.9.8-17)
i add remote host via v-add-database-host, all fine and i also see settings in /usr/local/vesta/conf/mysql.conf
when i try to add remote database via vesta - i see new database in vesta, also i see new DB in remote mysql. but i don't see any new user in remote mysql, so i can't connect to remote DB using credentials created via vesta. any ideas ?
