#1118 - Row size too large (> 8126). Changing some columns to TEXT or BLOB may help. In current row format, BLOB prefix of 0 bytes is stored inline.
Re: #1118 - Row size too large (> 8126).
I noticed that the specific table has 400 columns,
if I erase some columns and try to import this table with only 320 columns it will import fine.
So the problem is in the number of columns.
I thought that MYSQL can handle thousands of columns per table.
What is wrong here ?

Re: #1118 - Row size too large (> 8126).
I am trying to pass these values into my.cnf
innodb_file_per_table=on
innodb_file_format=Barracuda
innodb_log_file_size = 500
file_format=compressed
but it doesn't accept this value
file_format=compressed
Any clues ?

Re: #1118 - Row size too large (> 8126).
Did you mean row_format?
Your other option is innodb_file_format which is either antelope or barracuda
