/phpmyadmin/ Site Not Found

When i go to my phpmyadmin then i get this:
https://vesta.siberhost.nl/phpmyadmin/.
But when I use my ip address it works. can someone help me how to fix this?

I would like to know a work around as well, I installed PHP7 and it still doesnt work.
this problem has been known for a while now and they are working on it I guess..
Its with the new version of phpmyadmin not been compatible or something.

So I have fix it by just creating a new SSL Certificate.
