v-add-database to pgsql return "Error: Connection to localhost failed"
I have upgraded postgresql to version 14 and uninstalled version 9.2 on CentOS 7.
I am currently unable to add new databases, delete, or suspend pgsql databases through the web interface. However, I can perform this action with the root user through the console with the v-add-database command by example. If I try to launch the command with the admin user, it returns "Permission denied" to vesta.conf. If I run it with sudo admin, it returns Error: Connection to localhost failed.
Any idea what could be the problem that the web interface does not work?
