After reboot MySQL Server not reachable

Hello. I am new to Vesta and so far i like it. I made a test installation on a ubuntu 14.04 LTS VPS.
And everything went smoothly. but after reboot the server looses the MySQL connetion. This is the service status
after reboot:

When i log-in to Vesta CP and go under Service it tells me that the MySQL server is up and running. Then i click on restart and then the DB Server is reachable as it used to be. Mail Server, Ftp, etc. works fine just DB give some trouble.

What's the output of

I ran

# service mysql stop && service mysql start && dpkg-reconfigure mysql-server-5.5

then it work fine.

Where can you run this command? Sorry but im quit new to vesta and have a similar problem
