can't add mysql database

Greetings,
I can't add database , field host is blank.Also rouncube give err
DATABASE ERROR: CONNECTION FAILED!
Unable to connect to the database!
Please contact your server-administrator.

/usr/local/vesta/func/main.sh: line 398: /usr/local/vesta/conf/mysql.conf: No such file or directory
HOST MAX_DB U_DB_BASES SUSPENDED DATE

mysql
solutions to fix.. i reinstall 2 times .. no fixed.
