Can you post what's in:
/var/log/mysql/mysql.log
or whatever it might be called

I'm running CentOS 7, so for me it's:
/var/log/mariadb/mariadb.log

Try to update your VestaCP first. This problem fixed in newer versions.
From screen I see, you have not 14 or 15 release, design like older version.
