Database error after transfer to new server

Hello,
2 problems after transfer to new server
After transfer Admin user to new server, alots of database tables lost .
And when I browse website only (default.domain) appears, Index now already in directory
what`s this? what happend? or I lost my website?
Please I need help

How did you go about transferring these sites?
By applying this toturial:

You can look inside archive and find, what databases in it

ssh console -> mc and press to archive or
ssh console and unpack manually

DB imported, but lost more tables

I restored backup by following that toturial:

If backup was made bad (not all db in there or mysql fail), then you see, what you see.
As I wrot before, try to unpack db and import manually (in ssh console)
