local and remote control true internet are not the same.

local is from 127.0.0.1
true internet is from your domain or your static ip and bind adress.
from this adress you can make contact from anywhere to your vestacp server mysql but not local that is impossible.
here is the proof for dummies...

the first images you see is the real mysql connection true internet on a static ip true the domainname.
so not localhost .

you see the connection is real true the domain and not localhost .

host images

Here you see that there are 4 connection on that website in realtime true remote control .
if your connection is on localhost its impossible to make contact true this server or your databases.
a local connection for remote control works to but not if you need to cantact from another place if its still localhost.

all the rest is blabla this is proof that you need to contact true the static ip from that domain , in my other post was it local with the proof this is remote control over internet

It's not quote right. Older mysql version don't give you remote access without bind-address, but from 5.4/5.5 (I don't remember well) - Default value of bind-address -> * (anyone can connect to port from any interface).
