Bug: rrd images avaliable without login

hello, i found small bug, you don't need to login to show rrd images with cpu, mem etc.
i mean this eg.

ip:8083/rrd/la/daily-la.png

it's dangerous because every user can look how server is busy and uses it on ddos attack etc. it should be visible for a administrator.
please fix it :)
