How can I update the webinterface of my installation to the newest version?
I see alot of changes since I have installed my server on git https://github.com/serghey-rodin/vesta

Check https://yourserverip:8083/list/updates/

It is already release 15. So we have to wait for release 16 (which will take a long time i think) till we get the security patches?

You could always download the master from github and upload it to your server. Make sure all files in /usr/local/vesta/bin have a permission set of 0755. Warning this can cause issues I have found time to time when applying the master it can break some functions.
