IP Tab Not Output Correct Count of Domain and User

Hello,
When I navigate to the IP tab, the "Domains" and "Users" count do not output the correct count. I have only two domains and users, but the IP tab outputs four of each of them. Is this normal to me? If not, how to fix this?
