Compare VestaCP vs Cpanel & Plesk

what are the differences (Pros & Cons) of Vestacp beside market leader control panels like Cpanel or Plesk?
it will be great if someone compares their last versions together.
I want to know what is downsides of Vestacp in building a hosting server on it.

my top is

1. plesk very complete, a lot of assistance, a lot of module, tutorial, more userfriendly than vesta but heavy.
2. vesta easy to install, free, light.
3.cpanel i dont understand why exist!

Vestacp is opensource and better in each version
Cpanel runs good, have very good support, bad docs
Plesk have some bugs but a lot of docs to solve all issues

In any case you cant compare it, for cpanel and plesk you may pay 15USD each month, vesta is free

You may can compare vesta with webuzo, centos web panel sentora etc, but in this free panels vesta win, ( centos web panel and sentora not have a good backup system as I know )
