change aliases without reconfigure Web Template and Backend Template

Hi all.
Currently, i have a lots of domain. Every domain i must reconfigure nginx. Sometime i need add alias to my domain but it will replace Web Template and Backend Template.
How i can only add alias and no need reconfigure Web Template and Backend Template.
