all user config are empty

Hi all,
I discover yesterday something strange. Connecting to a Vesta panel, I saw that all informations was empty, on admin panel and on user panels.
Looking in a console, I see that the .conf files are empty !
Is there someone that had this problem before ?
And, any idea (except restore, I have no backup of config for this server...) to rebuild this files ? Maybe starting with informations in /home ?
