[BUG]: v-add-web-domain

[randomuser]

Gives error, that operation is not permitted, it also happens during installation, when first domain gets added.

[root@blabla ~]# v-add-web-domain admin bla.bla
chmod: changing permissions of ‘/var/log/httpd/domains/bla.bla.bytes’: Operation not permitted
chmod: changing permissions of ‘/var/log/httpd/domains/bla.bla.error.log’: Operation not permitted
chmod: changing permissions of ‘/var/log/httpd/domains/bla.bla.log’: Operation not permitted
