test connection to the server via api

Hello I have a problem with the app, I created a function that when creating a User he conetcar with vestacp saw there and saves the user in the local database.

problem is trying to create User and can not connect to vesta it saves place even without having created the account by the api.

then, as I do a test connection with private messenger vestacp? Execultar before any other task.

example if you do not connect to the server by vesta api error if ocnectar performs the function
