How to change DocumentRoot with API

I'm working with API to create new domain, so my problem is how can i modify the "DocumentRoot" in domain.com.apache2.conf from api when i create domain with command v-add-domain or after.
I'm trying to edit domain.com.apache2.conf file with PHP and that's not working, so the only way is to edit "DocumentRoot" in domain.com.apache2.conf with Vesta API
