How to install 3d parts scripts?

Is there a function to install these scripts?:
- FFMPEG
- FLVtool2
- MP4Box
- PHPShield

Have tried to install FFMPEG manually (with ssh), but get error "permission denied" even all maps/files ar CHMOD 777.
Appriciate all help! :)
