i'm remove php-common-5.6.40-6.el7.remi.x86_64 it's not delete yet I just can't upgrade even though I delete the old PHP.

php72w I think is form webtatic
You not need use webtatic to upgrade PHP, try user remi repos, in forum and github are a lot of tutorial of how you can upgrade php to 7.2 with remi repos ( default vesta supported )
If you add webtatic you may need uninstall php and install it again.
With remi repo you just can upgrade
