File manager: Is it possible to change permissions of files and directories?

I could not find any button for that. If it is not yet possible - are there any plans to implement this feature?

If there are plans, may i give a suggestion? Please make it work i a way that it is possible to change the permission of all files recursively separately for folders and files. Similar way like the FileZilla does it:
