Vesta Control Panel - Forum

Not sure if I'm posting this in the right place, but Id thought I'd give this a shot since I guess this would be considered a 3rd party application...

I'm trying to install a support ticket system called OTRS http://www.otrs.com/ but I'm having a little bit of diffuculty, see OTRS doesnt use the same directory structure as most ticket systems would. (others I have tried, i could just drag/drop files into the web/DOMAIN folder) So I'm not sure the best route to go and try to get this working.

So that being said, If anyone has had any luck with this or maybe could offer some suggestions, I'd be greatful :)

We're don't use OTRS with VestaCP in your company - just "naked" ubuntu and OTRS, but this is not much difference.

IMO, I'd rather go with something like osTicket.
