Blank screen fix
Fixed issue with blank screen on wrong login/password.
New ftp permission model
Additional ftp account now shares same uid with main user.
Changed DNS suspend behavior
Domain records remains alive on suspend.
Support for NATed network
If your system is behind NAT you can assign remote ip address to your local ip.

New vesta installer
Code is aligned with codding convention and also became more informative.
