Having problem with vesta 0.9.8-18 ubuntu 16.04 php-fpm failed

Hi,
I'm having problem with php-fpm root@myhostname:~# v-add-domain admin domain.com ipaddress
Error: php-fpm restart failed
but from web interface it is added successfully.
I very need cli command to add 58 more domains and 100 DB.
